I am delighted in your interest in my products and services.
My textiles are sourced directly from France, as well as collectors and dealers worldwide for their individual character and beauty. Most are at least 100 years old and have long histories. Condition is seldom perfect, this should not be considered defective. Imperfections may include but are not limited to threads, small marks, tiny holes, fading or darns… The timeworn look and signs of their unique history is part of what makes them so charming and unique. I do my best to accurately describe condition so please read carefully.
Each of my pieces are individually designed and crafted by hand in my Vermont studio. Certain flaws are considered normal in the handmade process. If you are not satisfied with your handmade purchase the standard return policy applies, 10 days from purchase for merchandise credit.
Coordinates and custom orders generally take 2 - 4 weeks. You will receive an estimated turnaround time with your quote. Upon design and quote approval, all custom orders must be prepaid and are non-refundable or returnable.

At this time returns are for merchandise credit only. Shipping will not be credited.

Item must be returned in the condition it was received with original packaging and free of odors, dirt or other debris. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All custom orders are non-refundable and non- returnable.
